Qualifications:
We invite all inquires, however, to be eligible to participate in this
promotional offer, we do require that you meet the following
requirements: a combined, verifiable, minimum annual household income of
$100,000, credit worthiness and a minimum age of twenty-five. Each
member of the touring party must present a valid, government photo ID.
One valid, major credit card is required per touring party. All
guests must attend an informative, 90-minute tour and timeshare sales
presentation of The Manhattan Club.
Qualified touring parties will receive their choice of dinner or theatre
tickets, subject to availability. There is no obligation to purchase. If
married, cohabiting or engaged, both parties must attend the full
presentation together to qualify for this reduced rate. All married or
cohabiting couples combining their incomes must provide proof of
cohabitation by showing identical home addresses.
Reservations:
A printed copy of your confirmed reservation is required
upon check-in and must be presented at the time of your preview. Any
changes to your reservation arrival date must be made no less than 48
hours in advance of you scheduled arrival. Although no refunds are
issued, we will waive the administrative fee to reschedule your
reservation one time.
Any further requests for rescheduling will result in a $25
administrative fee. Where applicable, any package price increase
resulting from changes to the reservation will be charged to your credit
card accordingly. To reschedule, notify The Manhattan Club by calling
TOLL FREE 1-866-284-0079.
Travel must be completed within 90-days of your originally selected
travel dates. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the full
package price.
Failure to attend your personal Manhattan Club preview during your stay
will result in a charge equal to the room's full rack rate.
